IX.BOARD BUSINESS

a. ATT (communications company) request to add Mobile Phone equipment to existing poles in Waikiki Area - Eliazbeth S. Clements

b. Request by Waikiki Business Improvement District Association to enter into an agreement with the City and County of Honolulu to maintain Kuhio Beach area. Trevor Abarzua.

c.Creation of a Permitted Interaction Group to prepare a list of proposed legislation actions for the board to support of oppose in the 2025 State Legislature -- Chair

d. Future Waikiki Community Center Housing Project -- Susan Tadani
