I. CALL TO ORDER -- [0:00:01]: Chair Robert Finley called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.
Quorum was established with 12 members present. Note -- This 17-member Board requires nine (9) members to establish a quorum and to take official Board action. Board members must be in-person or have video access.
Board Members Present: Jillian Anderson, Shotaro Dabbs, Stephanie Easly, Melissa Filek, Robert Finley, Kathryn Henski, Daniel Jacob, Ken Jacob, Jeff Merz, Greg Misakian, Mark Howard, Sarah Worth, and Robert Boyack (6:03 p.m.)
Board Members Absent: Micahel Brown, Lisa Cabanero, Louis Erteschik, and Chad Snater.

Biki Bikes -- [0:48:04]: Resident Springer raised concerns about a biki bike dock encroaching on the right-hand lane on Kapahulu Avenue before the intersection of Kuhio Ave.

Employee Strike -- [0:49:56]: Residents Howzer, Tokusato, and Sadoski explained the purpose of their strike at the Hilton Hotel, asked for community support, and apologizes for the noise.

VII. WAIKĪKĪ IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATION -- [2:00:41]
Presentation to update Waikiki Neighborhood on Commercial Events that impact the community -- [2:00:43]: Rick Egged provided a report and highlighted the following: with the assistance with Senator Moriwaki, he will provide a report regarding a safety issue of property in front of the Sheraton Hotel; and provided information regarding Bill 50.

VIII. INFORMATIONAL BRIEFING ON WAIKĪKĪ RESILIENCE & ADAPTATION PLAN (WRAP) IMPACT ON WAIKĪKĪ BEACh -- [2:14:54]
Improvement Presentation from the September 10th Meeting -- [2:14:54]: WRAP Director Mary Alice Evans and Administrator of Waikīkī Beach Restoration Michael Cain provided the report and highlighted the following: information about the Office of Planning and Sustainable Development; their goal is to provide a long-term plan to adapt to sea level rise in Waikīkī; phase one of their project has been completed; and Sharon Moriwaki is raising funding for a phase 2.
