City’s free COVID-19 testing for O‘ahu residents resumes normal operating hours, additional community sites added

The City’s COVID-19 testing program at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport

O‘ahu residents with the City’s Mobile Lab at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport resuming normal daily operating hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning Monday, February 21, 2022.

Beginning Wednesday, January 19, 2022, the airport test site operating hours were extended on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to 9 p.m. to ensure testing services were accessible to residents during the Omicron wave. Given the precipitous drop in coronavirus cases on O‘ahu and the lowered demand for testing, the City’s Mobile Lab at the Airport will now return to normal operating hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

Beginning next week, testing will also be available for O‘ahu residents at Honolulu Hale on Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and at Kapolei Hale on Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

All clients must pre-register under the City pre-paid section at
https://oahucitypass.lumisight.com/. Those who pre-register for a test will receive a QR code upon completion of registration. This testing program is made possible through an agreement with the National Kidney Foundation of Hawai‘i Consortium.

For the airport testing site, the closest parking garage to the site is the Terminal 2 Parking Structure located directly across from Terminal 2. The entrance to this structure can be accessed from the second level (departure level) of the Airport Access Road directly across from the Administration Tower across Lobby 5.
