Beall Corp is now leasing 325 Seaside Avenue in the heart of Waikiki for Robertson Properties Group. The property, currently built as a theater building, will be repositioned into a multi-level retail building able to accommodate 16,000 square feet. This presents a rare larger format street front space within the Waikiki market. Just off Kalakaua Avenue, 325 Seaside is located between H&M and the very high-performing Waikiki Ross. The property also includes a 435-stall parking structure with potential parking opportunities available. Seaside Avenue is undergoing a transformation, including the repositioning of the Waikiki Trade Center office building into a hotel and retail complex.
Visitor spending on Oahu accounted for 87% of the statewide $14.7 billion in 2014. With a daily visitor population of more than 75,000 and another 70,000 residents and employees each day, Waikiki is the center of the state's retail activity.
